II. E-COMMERCE: ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION
* Offer to Purchase: Your placement of an order for any merchandise, including the Winter Pack Collection or any other promotional, limited-edition, or collectible merchandise, constitutes an offer to purchase.
* Acceptance: No purchase order shall be considered binding on LoganWolfVR unless and until we confirm acceptance of the order in writing (usually via a shipment confirmation email). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or reject any order at any time after receipt.
* Cancellation Right: Due to the extremely limited inventory of collectibles, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to inventory limits, errors in description or pricing, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or unauthorized resale intent. If we cancel your order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
III. SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS
* Risk of Loss: All items purchased from LoganWolfVR are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
* Shipping Responsibility: Once the tracking number is provided and the package is in the carrier's possession, LoganWolfVR is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
* Shipping Information: You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacement.
IV. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY REFERENCE
All sales are governed by the specific Return and Refund Policy published separately on this website, which declares all sales final for promotional and collectible merchandise. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
POLICY FOR COLLECTIBLE AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, NO REFUNDS.
All merchandise sold on LoganWolfVR.com, including all limited-edition releases like the Winter Pack Collection, is classified as collectible, promotional, and limited inventory art. These items are FINAL SALE and will NOT be restocked.
* Sales Final: Due to the nature of these highly limited, collectible items, LoganWolfVR does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
* Product Inspection: We inspect all items prior to shipment. The buyer assumes the risk of damage incurred during the shipping process (see Shipping Policy).
* Defective Goods Exception: The only exception to the final sale policy is if an item is confirmed by LoganWolfVR to be defective upon receipt (e.g., a major print error).
* Notification: You must notify customer service via email within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect.
* Resolution: If deemed defective, we will, at our sole discretion, attempt to replace the item only if an unallocated replacement exists in our reserve inventory, or failing that, issue a full refund.
